How does Hi Yoga specifically appeal to kids?

Hi Yoga is only 15 minutes long; this is short enough to hold a child's attention, while keeping the enthusiasm high for future practice. The kids themselves are involved in creating the class with their suggestions. They also take great pleasure in teaching their parents as this builds confidence and enables secure bonding. Overall, the Hi Yoga steps are kid-tested for FUN!
